The Role and What You'll Do:
This position is responsible for supporting the global brand marketing team with marketing efforts, including but not limited to the organization, collection, and trafficking of marketing assets ensures seamless workflow processes, supporting marketing campaign execution, and maintaining key project management tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams.
• Manage the organization, collection, and trafficking of marketing assets across cross-departmental teams.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project management trackers, calendars, and workflows to ensure seamless collaboration and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborates with various functional areas including but not limited to Brand, consumer products, partnerships, UFC FIGHT PASS, creative, commercial PPV, and corporate communications to support company-wide initiatives.
• Maintain dashboards, measure, and report the performance of email and brand marketing campaigns.
• Support broader UFC marketing and brand initiatives that align with company vision and strategy. As strategic changes evolve, consistent market execution is developed, communicated, and maintained.
• Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
You Have These:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies with a focus on brand positioning and campaign execution
• Proven ability to develop and implement both strategic and tactical initiatives. Ability to focus on long-term and short-term needs simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership in project management and brand management. Ability to take creative ideas and ground them in the brand's strategy and back them up with strong business cases on consumer and customer research.
• Teamwork, project management skills and creativity are a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly-organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft ensuite products, and social media applications.
