The Role and What You'll Do:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our team at UFC. This role is crucial in managing the workflow for animated graphics, videos, and digital advertising projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, adept at bridging the gap between the motion graphics team, stakeholders and various departments while efficiently managing budgets, team schedules, and timelines.
• • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, including animated graphics, videos, and digital advertising campaigns
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Facilitate communication between leadership, creative teams, and other departments to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
• Manage intake of creative briefs & assignment to motion graphics team members
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets and materials
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to internal team leaders & external stakeholders
• Ensure all deliverables meet UFC's high standards for quality and brand consistency
• Manage resource allocation and workload distribution within the creative team
• Implement and maintain project management tools and processes to improve efficiency

You Have These:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling and task management
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for creativity and an understanding of the creative process
• Experience in sports, entertainment or combat sports industry
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Unreal and/or other 3D programs
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
• Experience with Monday.com or other project management platforms
