The Role and What You'll Do:

The Global Partnerships Hospitality Director is a dynamic role focused on creating and orchestrating exceptional hospitality events across both UFC and WWE Global Partnerships Teams. These events will provide an exceptional experience to our prospects and partners while allowing the team to nurture current relationships and build new partnerships. This position entails partner and prospect event planning, partnership enrichment, guest experience innovation, content creation, budget management, event analysis, team event planning, all while maintaining collaboration with our team's overarching objectives. This role aims to enhance partnerships and our league's brand by delivering unforgettable experiences with efficient and high-end execution, ultimately strengthening relationships and maximizing the value of our partnerships.
• Develop and implement a UFC & WWE Global Partnerships hospitality strategy.
• Develop and implement a robust Hospitality program, inclusive of partner merchandise orders with our UFC & WWE Partnerships team, Consumer Products group, and our approved vendors.
• Manage direct reports on the execution and fulfillment of planned events.
• Facilitate and execute hospitality events for partners, VIPs, team members and stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage all contractual hospitality benefits across partners. This includes but is not limited to tickets, talent and executive meet and greet.
• Create and manage budget for hospitality events, promotional gifting, and fulfillment, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Oversee and manage sweepstakes and promotional fulfillment with approved vendors.
• Select and secure appropriate venues for hospitality events, considering factors like location, capacity, budget, and partner preferences.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of hospitality events including but not limited to transportation, catering, and entertainment. Address issues or challenges that may arise during events, finding quick and effective solutions.
• Manages both sales and activation team tickets for prospect and partners for all UFC and WWE events. Which includes but is not limited to tickets for Events, Press Conferences, TUF, PSLAP, Post Octagon Tours, Hall of Fame.
• Track and manage details surrounding events which could include but is not limited to location, number of attendees and contacts.
• Assist in creating promotional materials for hospitality events throughout the year.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of events by gathering feedback from partners to make improvements. Conduct post event evaluations to assess the success of hospitality initiatives.
• Effectively communicate to the team on execution of events providing all event details to relay to partners and prospects.
• Travels to select events to manage events onsite.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree, with concentration in hospitality management preferred or equivalent work experience.
