Job Description
About the Role
As a Technical Artist, you will provide solutions and production technical support, ensuring the best possible practices are followed by team members.

What you will do
• Develop realistic and stylized rendering, materialization and lighting, using multiple rendering techniques
• Innovate technical solutions to produce high-quality project effects and maintain technical standards to improve project quality
• Create standards, establish workflows based on technical constraints, and set up performance and memory budgets
• Design, document, and manage the production pipeline for video, level design, UI & Animation, SFX, etc., and ensure effective follow-ups
• Organize and lead training sessions on tools and techniques and provide constant support to team members
• Communicate technical constraints and reasons to the team regularly
• Propose and create procedural task acceleration tools for the video/art team
• 使用多种渲染技术,制作逼真的风格化渲染、物化和照明效果
• 创新技术解决方案,制作高质量的视效,维护技术标准,提高项目质量
• 创建标准,根据技术限制建立工作流程,并制定性能和内存预算
• 设计、记录和管理视频、关卡设计、用户界面与动画、SFX 等制作流程,并确保有效跟进
• 组织并领导工具和技术培训课程,为团队成员提供持续支持
• 定期向团队传达技术限制和原因 为视频/美术团队提议并创建程序任务加速工具
Qualifications
Must have:
• Experienced in realistic shading pipeline, HLSL, CG
• Deep knowledge of Unity3D, with familiarity of different plugins
• Familiarity with formats, codecs, video compressions, and post-process FX
• Knowledge of technical constraints of editors/engines and different mobile phones
• Knowledge of asset management systems
• Good English communication skills in both spoken and written

• Experienced in supervising artists through a creation process
• Good scripting skills (C#/C++, JavaScript, ActionScript, Python, MaxScript, Mel,etc.)
