Be a Key Player in the new Assassin's Creed Content Team in Ukraine!
Join our brand-new Assassin's Creed content team in Ukraine as a Senior Level Designer to play a crucial role in the early stages of this groundbreaking project. Working closely with the lead studio, you will help create the immersive game worlds that define the Assassin's Creed experience. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a core team that will shape the future of the franchise, contributing your creativity and expertise to bring new content to life. As a founding member of this team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of Ubisoft's presence in Ukraine, helping to establish the studio as a key player in the development of one of gaming's most beloved franchises.

Qualifications
Responsibilities
• Manage the design of your levels through the full cycle of production from conception to finalization.
• Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, and Engineers to ensure cohesive, engaging player experiences.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, playtests, and analytics to refine and improve content.
• Use 3D tools (Unreal Editor, Unity Engine, Maya, Blender, etc.) to create and polish game levels.
• Develop and test scripting for mechanics, ensuring smooth integration into the game.
• Analyze existing game levels and mechanics to identify improvements and propose innovative solutions.
• Share best practices to foster professional growth within the team.
• Contribute to the optimization of production pipelines and workflows for efficient content creation.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience as a Level Designer in the gaming industry with at least one shipped title
• Proficiency in using 3D tools for level creation and design (e.g., Unreal Editor, Unity, Maya, Blender).
• Experience with scripting tools or programming languages to implement game mechanics.
• Strong understanding of Game Design systems and Level Design principles.
• Ability to conceptualize and create levels that are engaging, challenging, and visually appealing.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate game design elements and adapt to player feedback.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project needs and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written English skills
Will be a plus:
• Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior designers.
• Knowledge of game production pipelines and processes.
• Background in 2D or 3D art is a plus.
• Availability for occasional international business trips.
