GENERAL SUMMARY
Trailer Park Group's fast-expanding London AV division is looking for an exceptional Assistant Producer to assist the creation of innovative film advertising, alongside our key art (Art Machine), digital/social and experience/strategy/events (MXW) divisions. The Assistant Producer will be responsible for assisting our producer's and production director on various elements needed on the creation and execution of Trailer, TV and other AV creative campaigns and collaborating with the editorial, graphic, copywriting, production and music departments.
This is a hybrid role. Candidates must be located in the UK.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting producers on various creative aspects of a campaign, including coordination of copy writing, music and motion graphic briefs.
• Helping to support other creative briefs, budget tracking and timelines to achieve internal objectives and business growth.
• Help assist on a variety of other daily operations that go into our AV projects, including development, production, budgeting, scheduling facilities, equipment, content shoot production, personnel and locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across UK and European industry leading clients.
• Work closely with a variety of editors from junior to senior, adapting the approach to briefing and management style ensuring we get the best out of each individual.
• Work closely with the production team to help assist on any scheduling and delivery needs. Including the help of trafficking, clearance and rotation instructions for TV clearance.
• Explore and source various AV materials needed for sales and sizzle promos.
• Support and coordinate the Director of Trailer Park London on any client meeting management and organisation of bookings.
• Help to coordinate any notes from meetings that may be needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• 2+ years prior AV experience in trailer and/or broadcast creative
• Creative vendor experience preferred
• Experience in managing multiple projects, including budgets, scheduling and personnel
• Must have knowledge of film production, offline and online editorial
• Must have strong communication and organisational skills.
• Must be able to work efficiently and creatively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Must have a strong passion for film/entertainment and to have a creative flair.
