Job Description:
We are looking for a VFX Supervisor to act as the primary liaison between our clients and the production team. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects maintain both creative excellence and technical integrity throughout the previsualization and VFX pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game cinematics, real-time production, and Unreal Engine workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the client and creative teams to maximize creative output, managing and translating client feedback into actionable tasks.
• Maintain strong relationships with directors, producers, and creative leads to align the visual vision.
• Ensure creative and technical consistency across all previs and postvis sequences.
• Work closely with VFX Supervisors, Unreal Artists, and production teams to execute high-quality cinematic sequences.
• Provide hands-on direction and support during client reviews and feedback cycles.
• Ensure seamless integration of Unreal Engine-based workflows into the production pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Bangalore team to align on project scope, execution, and deadlines.
• Work across time-zones with a global team of creatives
• Stay up to date on real-time rendering and virtual production advancements.
Qualifications & Skills
• Extensive experience in Previsualization, cinematics, VFX for film, games, or television.
• Strong expertise in Unreal Engine and real-time production workflows.
• Background in game cinematics, long-form content, and digital storytelling.
• Excellent leadership and client communication skills.
• Strong understanding of camera work, composition, lighting, and animation.
• Experience with on-set supervision and client review processes is a plus.
• Comfortable working with a global team across time zones and different locations
Compensation:
The salary banding for this full-time fixed-term at will employment is 185,000 - 195,000 $ USD/Annually which is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and pursuant to the California State Pay Transparency Laws.
