The Gersh Agency is looking to connect with highly motivated, aspiring floaters or assistants with 1-2 years of work experience within an entertainment company. This is an amazing opportunity for somebody that wants to learn and grow within a talent agency.

JOB DUTIES:

• Script coverage, sending actor submissions and other projects for our clients
• Learning our systems and covering desks
• Administrative support including phone management, calendar management and travel arrangements
• Interfacing with clients, managers, producers and executives in a professional manner

SKILLS & QUALITIES:

• 1-2 years of previous work experience at an entertainment company or related professional setting
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, highly organized, and ability to work well under pressure

PAY RATE: $20/hour
