The Job

The CW Network, LLC seeks a Director of Ad Operations for the Media Sales department. You will be Responsible for providing process improvement, technical support and integration project management to the The CW Digital team. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement and management of all digital advertising processes.

The Daily
• Primary liaison for day-to-day collaboration between ad operations, engineering, and product development across all platforms (Web, App and Connected TV).
• Manage setup of SSP (Supply Side Partners) within the current ad stack
• Monitor and optimize ad stack based on direct and programmatic yield opportunities
• Create process for SSP optimization to maximize efficiency and yield
• Integrate data partners into ad stack
• Project manage video advertising integrations by effectively communicating project milestones, technical requirements, timelines, and quality assurance feedback to all stakeholders
• Provide operational support for CW Network existing portfolio, providing ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and validation.
• Provide sales & agency facing traffic support for all aspects of the ad serving process (tagging, 3rd party tagging, data collection)
• Review and optimize ad stack based on management direction and performance
• Manage product and content development updates into ad server
• Consult on technical documentation during product review phase
• Serve as point of escalation for any ad operation functions or issues, primarily for the sales team
• Develop best practices relating to product integration and ad serving process

This position is required to work in person at one of our locations in the United States. The CW Network, LLC requires anyone working in our workplaces in the US to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The Essentials
• 5 + years of experience with ad serving technology and operations
• Proven experience with digital ad trafficking, campaign operations, and programmatic implementation across various streaming environments (desktop, mobile, OTT) are essential to this position.
• Strong knowledge of ad serving standards such as VAST, VPAID, , SSAI
• Experience with 3rd party ad servers such as Innovid & DCM
• Experience developing digital video ad-related products and/or solutions
• Experience with programmatic video marketplaces like Magnite, AdX, and Xandr
• Experience with Google Ad manager
• Experience with Server Side Stream Stitching like GAM DAI
• Experience working with 3rd party verification vendors like DAR, IAS & MOAT
• Entertainment/Media industry experience is a plus
• BA/BS degree in related field required.
