Job Description:

The Senior C&B Accountant will oversee cash flow management, payment processing, and bank reconciliations. This role involves preparing and reviewing weekly cash forecasts, managing inbound and outbound payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation of bank accounts, and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues. The analyst will work with internal and external teams to streamline processes and maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and review weekly cash forecasts and actuals.

Prepare, monitor, and process inbound and outbound payment transfers, ensuring timely execution.
Oversee A1 and A2 payment processes for the India region.

Post bank statements and perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of bank accounts.

Manage intercompany clearing processes and address queries from external and internal stakeholders.

Liaise with banks to resolve payment-related issues and manage bank charges.

Integrate MT940 bank statements into Diapason system and reconcile bank statements using double accounting control/matching statements.

Ensure optimal cash flow management, accurate forecasting to support business operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline payments, reconciliations, and short-term investments, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience in treasury operations, cash flow management, and bank reconciliation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in intercompany clearing and global cash management.

Proficiency in SAP, JIRA or other ERP systems.
