Job Summary:

This individual will be responsible for managing the Insertion Orders using the Order Management System contracted by Meredith. from time to time. This individual will report to the Manager of Ad operations and will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information present across multiple IOs within the system. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can thrive in a deadline-driven environment. This role requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis. Experience in digital online advertising is a plus.

Primary responsibilities:
1. Review and approve/reject advertising insertion order information entered into the contract management system by the individual site teams so that the campaign can be trafficked and billed.
2. Review revisions to orders within the contract system; ensure that appropriate documentation exists to support the changes.
3. Point of contact for sales & client service team to ensure smooth workflow of opportunities in CRM.
4. Assist stakeholders on day-to-day activities (Ad hoc) with reports and administrative tasks.
5. Assist CSM in identifying and book the right ad products in OMS.
6. OMS Administration

Required Skills

Mandatory Skills:

1. Graduation from a recognized university
2. 0-2 years of experience in the online ad operations domain including reporting and campaign trafficking.
3. Good understanding of how an OMS functions
4. Good working knowledge of Salesforce
5. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages
6. Ability to communicate clearly via emails and on calls
7. Strong team player with exceptionally strong customer service skills
8. Exceptional attention to detail.
9. Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines
10. Able to communicate with all levels of employees
11. Ability to create a sense of team cohesiveness and commitment to achieving our common goals.

Good to Have:
1. Salesforce troubleshooting
2. Experience in digital online advertising is a plus.

Platform related experience:
1. Operative One or Other OMS
2. Salesforce
3. Jira Ticketing system
4. Proficient in MS Excel.
5. Knowledge about trafficking would be an additional bonus, but certainly not mandatory.

What will you learn on this job?
For managing the Insertion Orders using the Order Management System contracted by the company. Review revisions to orders within the contract system; ensure that appropriate documentation exists to support the changes. Helps in OMS and GAM administration. Conduct audits for the tools they administrate.
