Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and sign them into our check in / security system
• Security badge issuance, collection, and maintenance
• Answering, screening, forwarding incoming phone calls
• Help coordinate Studio events
• Expense reports
• Facilities coordination for building maintenance and projects
• Manage conference room bookings
• Draft internal Studio announcements, newsletters and flyers as needed
• Maintain and order office supplies
Qualifications
• Experience with customer service, event coordinating, or other hospitality category
• High school diploma or equivalent – Some college preferred
• can work well in team environment but also independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient with Word and Excel in both PC and Mac
• Ability to problem solve
• Excellent communication skills
• Punctual and detail oriented
• Outgoing personality
• Work well under pressure
• Highly organized, have the ability to multitask, and prioritize projects and workload
