As the Production Assistant you play a pivotal part in the day-to-day management of a VFX Project. From running the daily calendar, supporting client reviews, actioning client sends & processing material received, you will work closely with the Production Coordinators and Production Managers alongside the Editorial and DataIO teams to help maintain an efficient and smooth-running project.

Qualifications
• Providing support to Production Coordinators and Production Manager in fulfilling their goals and achieving their Quota attainment targets.
• Data I/O
• Cataloging all information, reference materials provided to Production
• Client Note taking
• Client sends and Submissions
• Distribution of client notes and sent information

Any other reasonable duties:
• Updating our shot tracking database
