Reporting to the VP, PMO and working cross-functionally with departments including the TCS service lines, technology, corporate real estate, finance and people, the PMO Portfolio Coordinator's primary role is to lead, manage, and support the implementation of the new target state operating model across Technicolor Creative Studio's. You will be responsible for communicating status at all stages of the project lifecycle, from mobilizing projects and planning, all the way to successful change execution, communications and implementation, all of which should be designed to ultimately support the organisation to deliver excellent work to our internal stakeholders and external clients.

The Principal Portfolio Change Coordinator role will sit within the TCS Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and be expected to align with its day-to-day operation where required, supporting the development of project management maturity across the business in three key areas: People, Change Processes, and Tools.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the end-to-end support for TCS Project Portfolio. You will facilitate the key meetings / ceremonies with project stakeholders. support onboarding new team members, maintaining the overall TCS Risk Register, oversee dependencies, action/issue monitoring, and controls and help to perform health checks on projects.
• Support execution of the business strategy and direction with the Workday Program Director and other senior business stakeholders and turn identified objectives into defined streams of work or initiatives.
• Become the central nucleus for the portfolio, connecting globally and cross-functionally to ''join the dots'' and drive effective team working.
• Facilitate the core team of PMO managers cadence of meetings, many of whom will also have business-as-usual responsibilities (i.e., not 100% project dedicated resources).
• Regularly review key datasets with senior stakeholders to not only report on progress, but also spot risks before they become issues and react accordingly.
• Establish ''right-sized'' governance for the projects which you lead, including project team meetings and escalation criteria.
• Create communications, training presentations and management decks as required.
• Partner with other parts of the organisation to help identify and manage both upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Create and maintain all key portfolio documentation, or facilitate others to bring the specialist knowledge required.
• Present and report on project status to the agreed frequency level to a range of stakeholders across the business, up to C-Suite level.
• Be an active participant in the wider project management community across the organisation.

Qualifications

Essentials
• Ideally prior experience leading or supporting business change programs or portfolios
• Large programme office delivery experience within the full lifecycle of cross functional projects. (Please note although there will be a Technology element to many of the projects you deliver, this is not an I.T role).
• Demonstrable experience of inputting into strategic business direction and delivering against this in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
• Highly data literate with the ability to handle and analyze data from a variety of sources to form meaningful conclusions and next steps.
• Experience of creating key project documentation.
• Experience of project scheduling, risk management, budget management, and tracking the realization of benefits.
• Clear and confident communication skills; able to partner and work with stakeholders from across the business, including C-Suite executives.
• Experience in managing the activities of a project team in a matrixed project organisation.
• Goal orientated; will own projects and tasks under your domain and see them through to completion.
• Accuracy and attention to detail under a busy workload.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with an ability to work independently where required.
• Enthusiastic and committed to learn, with a passion for project management.
• Ability to prioritise workload and respond quickly to important issues.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Any Of The Following Technical Skills Are a Bonus
• Prior experience in working on significant business change implementations
• A Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline is preferred.
• A relevant Project Management qualification or strong experience of using at least one project management methodology (e.g. PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, DSDM, SAFe).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 package, particularly PowerPoint, Project, Planner, Excel, SharePoint, Word, Teams, PowerBI.
• Demonstrable experience of working within a Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid (Waterfall & Agile) project environment.
• Experience of change management.
• Experience working within the media and entertainment industry.
• Experience of working in a high-growth environment (e.g., within a Start-Up).
• Interest and knowledge of the film and episodic visual effects industry.
