Talent Operations Specialist

Summary of Position

We are seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to join our fast-moving, collaborative and judicious Talent Acquisition team. This role reports to our VP, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will provide centralized and front end support, utilizing different channels to search for potential candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs across Lionsgate.

Responsibilities
• Support recruiters with complex interview scheduling, while prioritizing excellent candidate experience.

• Initiate and manage the onboarding of new hires (to include background and reference checks, issuing welcome packets, ordering swag, and coordinating with our HR and IT teams to solidify new hire equipment needs).

• Support the team's operational needs (HRIS support, to include posting jobs, managing data and reporting, creating decks, updating onboarding modules)

• Create and distribute hiring manager and candidate experience surveys.

• Manage the scheduling of Talent Acquisition team meetings and internal and external team events.

• Support our internal mobility and employee referral programs.

• Work closely with our extended HR teams (i.e. benefits, payroll, IT) to create and update recruitment best practices and processes.

• Identify qualified passive candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to find position requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

• Proactively develop a diverse talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Maintain candidate profiles via our Applicant Tracking System and measure and track recruitment data.

• Promote our employer brand via social media efforts.

• Collaborate closely with HRBPs and recruiters to forecast hiring needs.

• Extend and negotiate candidate offers, ensuring a good candidate experience.

• Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team with additional projects, as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
• 1-2 years of recruitment or administrative experience.

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, or similar role.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and high volume environment

• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other project-based applications.

• Passion for identifying diverse talent.

• Solid verbal and written communication skills.

• Effective time-management abilities.

• Resourceful, proactive, and able to multi-task and pivot in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
