Les Films Sony Imageworks Québec, is located on unceded and traditional territories of the Kanien'keha:ka (Mohawk) people.
We are looking for a Senior Coordinator, Studio Operations to join the Sony Pictures Imageworks Operations team. This position requires an individual who is highly detail oriented, organized, client-focused, and able to function effectively in a fast paced environment. The position is located in Montreal and will require the employee to perform duties on-site.

Responsibilities:
• Support and guide the Operations requirements; problem solve day-to-day challenges and requests;
• Help to project manage the complete build of a temporary studio and then company move to permanent studio;
• Provide business leadership with regular updates, and report on current and/or upcoming challenges;
• Ongoing review and update of operations training material and studio operational content on the company intranet;
• Coordinate building maintenance and issues including HVAC, building engineering, plumbing, and furniture requests;
• Conduct daily/weekly building inspections to confirm operational activities are being implemented and completed to a satisfactory standard. Monitor interior and exterior maintenance needs, and follow-up on overall result of work;
• Handle an array of maintenance concerns, both routine and major. Must be aware of activities that occur on property (events, projects, relocations, emergencies, other tenant activity that could impact Imageworks' operations);
• Facilitate and maintain reporting and tracking of studio expenses;
• Help facilitate set up and take down coordination for studio events;
• Work with studio vendors regarding service levels, special requests, and coordinate on site visits;
• Oversee operations related helpdesk tickets, ensure tickets are addressed in a timely manner with a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Find opportunities to improve studio operational efficiency and propose projects that would make valuable contributions.
• Participate in organizational and space planning, using hybrid desking software
• Reconciles Studio Operations AMEX package
• Schedules and coordinate courier bookings
• Maintains office supplies - Stationery and pantry items
Qualifications:
• Exceptional organizational and follow through skills and be able to multitask and prioritize with attention to detail
• Must demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy and discretion when looking after co-workers, executives etc.
• Must possess excellent written & oral communication skills
• Analytical and computer skills are crucial
• Good interpersonal skills in both French and English, verbally and written
• Independently and proactively problem solve with the big picture in mind
• Be a self-starter with a team player attitude
• Work in fast paced environments with shifting and often times, challenging priorities
• Strong ability to make decisions, use discretion, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of LEEDS certification, and environmental standard processes (an asset)
• Knowledge of ergonomics and general health and safety standard processes (an asset)
