Sony Imageworks is seeking an Operations Coordinator!

This is an entry level, temporary position (40hr/wk), contract role reporting to the Manager of Studio Operations, with potential to transition into a permanent position. You have excellent communication skills, be able to follow instructions, work independently, be detail oriented, trustworthy and diligent. No prior studio operations experience needed, just a good attitude!

This position supports the day to day operations of the studio. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Studio Operations:
• Prepare weekly office orders (supply, grocery, stationary, etc.)
• Mailroom support
• FreshService ticket assignments
• Assist with office moves
• Update data trackers
• General administration duties, such as printing, copying, scanning
• Assist with Studio basic maintenance

Housekeeping:
• Inventory and restock the pantry with snacks etc.
• Set up/break down for studio events
• Keep boardrooms and lobby areas clean and tidy
• Breakdown boxes for recycling
• Prepare and maintain coffee stations and kitchens

Requirements:
• Current legal right to work in Canada
• Must be 19 years or older
• Ability to work 40 hours a week plus potential overtime

The anticipated base salary for this position is $18.37/hour to $22.98/hour Benefits are per company policy: which include healthcare, tuition reimbursement, RRSP's, Sick and Vacation leave, standard increases as applicable. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
