Job Description
Game Show Network is looking for a Coordinator, Development to support the EVP of Development & Production and the SVP, Development as well as the Development department as a whole. This person will serve as an administrative support and office liaison, coordinating communication with internal Game Show Network divisions, external business partners and the creative community.

Responsibilities
• Calendar management (setting internal and external meetings including gathering all info and materials needed for mtgs)
• Coordinating logistics and prepping materials for meetings
• Creating agendas for weekly and special meetings and gathering assets (videos, pictures, etc.)
• Maintaining a master grid of other networks' greenlights & current unscripted series
• Updating Weekly Development Grid – projects, pitches, loglines & status
• Assisting in the development process (brainstorming, run-throughs, tech logistics, etc.)
• Creating presentations for both recurring and special meetings
• Using software programs for presentations including: Canva, PPT, Midjourney, keynote and emerging creative AI tools to create and update pitch decks for development projects
• Ad hoc research projects
• i.e. – gathering information on talent, existing IP, history of a game show etc.
• Maintaining an awareness of industry trends, formats, talent and the competitive marketplace
• Creating & maintaining a data base of buyers and executives at other networks and production companies
• Creating and maintaining a master list of outside creative partners, buyers and network execs that GSN and GSES interact with
• General administrative duties including:
• Calendar management, scheduling, expenses, and travel

• Proficient in deck preparation software (ie: PPt, Canva, ChatGPT, Keynote, Midjourney).
• An understanding of all social media platforms.
• Proficient in zoom, Microsoft Teams (all Microsoft software), Dropbox, WeTransfer and other communication and shared doc programs.
• Required Minimum: BA/BS Degree
• Required Minimum: The ideal candidate will have 1 year experience in the entertainment or media industry
