As the General Manager, you will be the pioneering leader of our flagship store, setting the standard for excellence in customer service, beverage quality, and overall store performance. You will play a pivotal role in bringing the brand's retail vision to life, creating an inviting atmosphere, and ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture and success of our very first location.

What you'll do:

Customer Experience:
• Personalized Service: Understands the significance of crafting a one-of-a-kind experience tailored to each customer, ensuring every visit feels special and memorable.
• Team Empowerment: Establishes clear expectations and goals for the team, guiding them to deliver exceptional customer interactions that reflect our brand's values.
• Commitment to Excellence: Holds a strong belief in the necessity of excelling in both product quality and hospitality, ensuring every cup and every interaction exceed customer expectations

Leadership & Team Development:
• Strategic Hiring & Staffing: Demonstrated expertise in recruiting and staffing, with the ability to maintain optimal team levels and proactively adjust to business trends and demands.
• Building a World-Class Team: Experienced in cultivating a highly engaged, dedicated team of baristas and guest experience specialists, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.

Operations:
• Visual Standards: Upholds excellence in the store's visual presentation, ensuring the store consistently reflects the brand's high standards.
• Scheduling & Payroll Management: Oversees staff scheduling and closely monitors payroll, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Inventory Management: Manages all aspects of inventory for the store including efficient par management and loss prevention, while maintaining positive and professional relationships with vendors.
• Policy & Procedure Compliance: Ensures the store team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and directives, maintaining a well-organized and compliant operation.
• Financial Responsibility: Manages the store's financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation, to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
• Event Leadership & Collaborations: Successfully leads and executes flawlessly on exciting in-store events and collaborations hand in glove with the leadership team and all other parties.

Who you are:
• 3-4 years of experience successfully leading a business in a high-growth environment within hospitality or consumer brands.
• In-depth knowledge and genuine passion for specialty coffee, with a strong understanding of the industry's trends.
• Successful track record of building, managing, and developing high-performing hospitality teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
• All necessary food handlers' qualifications.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the dynamic needs of the store and peak days of the business.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
