Job Description
As a Coordinator, Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the Digital Marketing team to help our artists communicate most effectively with their fans through content. You will support the team in maximizing reach and revenue through the use of digital platforms and tools. Your role provides administrative and project support to the Digital Marketing team at Provident and helps with the day to day management of assigned artist projects. The position requires interaction with members of senior management and other high-level internal and external contacts.
What you'll do:
• Create short-form video content that is authentic to individual platforms (ex. - organic video with bubble type on TikTok, pre-roll for digital advertising that meets platform specs, edit music video teasers in a variety of specs like vertical / landscape / square)
• Utilize email blasts, design elements, advertising, social media campaigns, channel branding, link creation and other industry tools to setup digital marketing campaigns
• Maintain budget responsibilities specific to digital marketing and advertising, as well as support the team's coordination of schedules, expenses and meetings
• Create and maintain online assets and presence for assigned artist projects and songs on digital platforms
• Optimize content reach through SEO, copywriting and industry best practices
• Follow emerging social trends in real time and flag opportunities to capitalize on these trends quickly with compelling content
• Provide logistical support for live events (i.e. schedules, expenses, meals, travel, setup)
Who you are:
• A self-starter with a general knowledge of digital music landscape, streaming services, playlist curation, advertising, social media, industry best practices, generally gained through 1 year of prior experience.
• A curious team member with demonstrated experience and understanding of the current digital landscape and social platforms
• A excellent communicator and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and time management skills
• An initiator with a drive for accuracy, time management, and task prioritization
• An imaginative learner with an enthusiastic optimism and an eagerness to immerse oneself into the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing within the music industry
• A digital marketer with working experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Suite and strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
