As the Administrative Assistant, US Latin you will

What you'll do:
• Developing day-to-day schedule and prioritization of meetings, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
• Manage domestic & international travel itineraries and expenses
• All administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting preparation, supply ordering, purchase orders
• Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Track and manage project status
• Build relationships with executives and their assistants across various teams in the organization
• Cultivate partnerships and support events
• Additional appropriate special projects as they align with the ideal candidate's background and qualifications
• Take on non-administrative ad-hoc projects such as preparing reports and presentations, generating insights and research for decision-making, and assisting with event planning
• Support on company-wide initiatives, as needed

Who you are:
• You are Fluent in Spanish (read, write and speak)
• You have 2+ years of experience managing projects.
• Strong writing, producing, and editing video content experience.
• You have some Music industry, Premium Content experience or a Bachelors in related field.
• You have some working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud, specific to, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Keynote.
• You have a professional, friendly disposition and flexible mindset.
• You are very organized, can multi-task and have amazing communication skills.
