Job Description
The Digital Account Coordinator will support external clients and internal teams by ensuring accurate and timely entry of digital campaign orders. This entry-level role is designed to provide foundational knowledge of digital products, processes, and systems, with opportunities for future growth within the agency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement:
• Enter and review client orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission to Ad Ops.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues swiftly.
• Provide basic demonstrations for order entry and identify training needs.
• Order Management:
• Verify campaign requirements for programmatic, social, and search campaigns.
• Identify and address missing components or creative issues.
• Manage and prioritize orders based on value and urgency.
• Communicate with internal teams about VIP orders and go-live deadlines.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to creative and production best practices.
• Understand and support digital reporting and analytics metrics.
• Production Ticket Coordination:
• Send production tickets to third-party vendors and provide campaign updates.
• Act as liaison between vendors and clients.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience with digital technologies, including social media, PPC, and programmatic solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, including grammar, copywriting, and phone etiquette.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle stressful situations professionally.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with empathy for client relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Hubspot, Placements.io, Jira, or Zen Desk is a plus.
• Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is advantageous.

The base hourly compensation range for this role is $22.04 to $24.04 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
