Job Description
Sesame Workshop is looking for Production Assistants to provide administrative and transportation support to the Production Office for the filming of Season 55 of Sesame Street.
Responsibilities
Office Duties:
• Orders, maintains, and manages budget for office supplies
• Receives and distributes mail and packages
• Orders and set up of late meals as needed at Studio
• Books equipment and travel as directed
• Daily distributions of schedules, signage, paperwork as directed
• Maintains and distributes contact sheets for production
• Manages digital show folders
• Manages wrap gift distribution and mailing
Driver Duties:
• Coordinates with Post Production and Control Room for twice-daily runs between studio in Queens and office in Manhattan
• Responsible for all transport runs, pick-ups, and deliveries for departments in studio
• Responsible for parking of transpo vans (15-passenger) between runs and during dark weeks
Qualifications
• Must have a driver's license and be comfortable driving a 15-passenger van through NYC boroughs
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Prefer at least 1 year+ of work in TV Production Management, Production, or Office Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, One Drive)
