Associate Production Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Production Manager, reporting to the VFX Producer and Head of Production. They will assist the VFX Producer and other Production Manager(s) in managing assigned VFX projects and adhering to deliverable schedules and milestones. The Associate Production Manager is responsible for mentoring and collaborating with VFX coordinators to create clear daily and weekly plans and ensure the work schedule is on track as discussed with their production leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborates closely with the VFX, CG, and compositing supervisors to strengthen the partnership between the creative and production arms of the Production Supervision crew
• Identifies and assists the production supervisor crew with any project roadblocks and creates detailed plans to ensure effective and efficient schedules
• Ensures clear communication flow and follow up with various teams/department regarding goals and deadlines

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a VFX Coordinator or similar role
• Strong technical understanding of the VFX pipeline across multiple departments as well as interest and knowledge of VFX software packages
• Shotgun, or other production management software experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills

담당업무
• VFX, CG 및 합성(Compositing) 슈퍼바이저들과 긴밀히 협업하여 크리에이티브 부서와 프로덕션 부서 간의 원활한 협력 관계 구축
• 프로덕션 슈퍼바이저 팀과 협력하여 프로젝트의 장애 요소를 파악하고, 효과적이고 효율적인 일정 수립을 위한 상세 계획 수립
• 다양한 팀 및 부서와 명확한 커뮤니케이션을 유지하고 목표 및 마감 기한을 지속적으로 공유 및 관리

자격
• VFX 코디네이터 또는 유사한 직무에서 3년 이상의 경험
• VFX 파이프라인 및 여러 부서의 기술적 이해도 보유
• VFX 소프트웨어 패키지에 대한 관심과 지식
• Shotgun 또는 기타 프로덕션 관리 소프트웨어 경험
• 우수한 문서 작성 및 구두 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 고급 수준의 Excel 사용 능력
