We are looking for a dynamic Manager of business analytics to join our team! In this role, you will work across departments to turn data into useful insights by maintaining the business operations data warehouse, and accompanying platforms such as the Customer Data Platform, as well as leading all aspects of deployment of statistical tools and data mining techniques to drive insights and data operations. A successful candidate will lead the development and maintenance of data flows, transformation of data into useful tables, oversight of business intelligence as well data science practices for business operations. Responsibilities
• Maintain our data warehouse and affiliated ETL processes.
• Coordinate data science initiatives including demand projections, behavioral forecasting, and price optimization.
• Manage our customer data system development and adoption to empower sales and marketing teams.
• Grow the organization's access to insights through Business Intelligence tools.
• Support data solutions via development of data workflows powering CRM and Marketing Automation tools to improve customer experience.

Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in data engineering, computer science, mathematics, data analytics or related field
• Bachelor' degree or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences
• Proficiency in Python or R, and experience working with REST APIs
• Experience with Jenkins or other task scheduler preferred
• Ability to apply perform statistical analyses to build predictive models
• Proven knowledge in the use Business Intelligence tool such as Tableau
• Expert knowledge in use of Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high level positions
• Professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Office, Word
• Strong teamwork aptitude required
• Proven ability to tell a story with numbers/data
• Flexible schedule with ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
