Is this the role for you?
We are looking for a highly organized and diligent Content Programming Coordinator to join our Central team at Pluto TV International. If you're passionate about content, thrive in dynamic environments, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, this could be the perfect fit.
What will you be doing?
• Facilitate the launch and content deliveries of multi-territory channels, coordinating with Channel Operations, Content Operations, Compliance, and Programming teams.
• Coordinate the initial steps of content delivery by ensuring consistent metadata enrichment.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of Programming Highlights across all international regions, crafting a centralized repository for Ad Sales, Marketing, and Communications.
• Identify and coordinate metadata improvements (text and images) to boost content discoverability and user experience.
• Schedule a selection of channels in international regions while ensuring editorial and compliance guidelines are met.
• Input viewing guidance and compliance requirements into internal systems.
• Build and lead a shared Content Inventory database for International Editorial teams, compiling themed episode collections and seasonal programming highlights.
• Serve as the point of contact for collecting and sharing programming highlights from third-party channel feeds, with an emphasis on live events (sports, news).
• Provide general administrative support for the Content Strategy team and assist with special and ad hoc projects.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams).
• Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Monday, and Jira is a plus.
• Experience with content management systems and metadata management is a plus.
• A passion for content and entertainment, particularly TV, Movies, online content, and streaming.
