Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6 month contingent position)

Please note, this role is a 6-month contract role. Ideally you will be based on the US east coast to support scheduling requests based predominately in California, US and the UK.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule phone screening calls, onsite/ or virtual interviews, greet candidates and lead all aspects of the on-site interview process when needed.
• Organize candidate travel for onsite interviewing when needed.
• Participate in job kick-off meetings to provide expert guidance on scheduling and candidate experience.
• Schedule debrief meetings and ensure that scorecards are completed and attached for the hiring team to review.
• Partner with recruiters to build a professional and fun recruiting experience for each candidate we connect with.
• Update and supervise Greenhouse, our applicant tracking database, to ensure candidate progression is being supervised accurately and to maintain data integrity.
• Post & handle open positions to specialized websites when needed.
• Process candidate travel reimbursements.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
• Must be able to answer general recruiting questions for candidates, hiring teams and new hires.

Qualifications:
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem solver, with the ability to pivot quickly to changing situations with a positive mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex interview scheduling requests involving multiple times zones.
• Excellent customer service skills and passionate for offering best in class hiring experience.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, and familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
• 1-3 years in a Staffing / HR Coordinator or related role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
