About The Department: The Global Partner Marketing (GPM) team is the marketing group for Third-Party partners. Our ambition is to break new ground with our partners and games to redefine the value of PlayStation. What you'll be doing:

At SIE, our Executive Assistants provide a wide array of administrative, logistical, and projectrelated support to their Executives. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to partner with and support the VP, Global Partner Marketing in the Global Partner & Developer Relations Division at PlayStation's global headquarters in San Mateo. The candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Flexibility and collaboration are key skills the successful candidate will possess. This person will be the primary contact for internal scheduling requests as well as external partner meetings' scheduling. This role has a high amount of visibility and works cross-functionally throughout the company.

Responsibilities:
• Calendar management: Manage their daily schedule, coordinate logistics for all meetings, both internal and external, being proactive about conflicts and understanding priorities.
• Travel: Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports and assist with management of budget for travel and events.
• Event Management: Coordination of internal team and external partner or other executive meetings as well as hospitality at certain PlayStation conferences, events or summits. Light travel may be required.
• Administration: Oversee administrative tasks including but not limited to ordering office supplies, coordinating department asset management with regards to: moves, onboarding new hires, new equipment purchases, repair of broken equipment, etc.
• Process vendor contracts, invoices and payments on behalf of the team
• Own and help manage the rhythm of the business in close partnership with the GPDR and GPM Leadership teams. This includes owning global team meeting agenda, taking notes and following up on action items.
• Support the planning and execution of team-wide culture and engagement initiatives. This includes but is not limited to all-hands meetings, virtual and in personal social events, offsites and internal communications.
• Acts as a liaison and trusted partner for the VP relaying and exchanging information with others including Senior leaders, customers, stakeholders and other cross functional organizations or colleagues.
• Anticipate the Executive's needs and proactively assemble the appropriate people and resources to solve problems as independently as possible. Bring forth new ideas and solutions to help scale processes and bring order to busy teams.
• Meet deadlines by maintaining an organized approach, knowing how to prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities in a fast-paced environment.
• As a team player, attend admin team meetings and provide backup support for other EAs in the department and helps the team work efficiently together.
• Assist GPDR team with idea generation, product selection, ordering, shipping, and tracking of holiday and other partner gifts
• Ability to work independently on difficult projects with minimal supervision, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

What we are looking for:
• 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
• ORGANIZATION: Must be able to couple organization skills with communication skills to prioritize tasks on a day-to-day basis with the goal of completing tasks for complex objectives. Experience with arrangement of complex schedules and logistics across multiple global time zones. Able to anticipate blockers and directly or creatively selfmanage them.
• COMMUNICATION: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to interact in a professional manner with Executives, Customers, Partners, Prospects, and Internal Teams at all levels and across many different cultures. Maintain professional communications with external customers and vendors as called for. Familiar with the expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
• PROCESS: Ability to work independently on difficult projects with minimal supervision, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs. Excellent common sense and ability to make appropriate judgment calls autonomously.
• TECHNICAL: Basic skills and experiences with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required. Experience with web-based scheduling and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams). Able to use enterprise operations applications such as expense, budget, and timecards. Ease with web based applications and email clients. Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency.
• INDUSTRY: Experience in the videogames industry a plus.
• Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
