We're looking for a VFX Production Assistant to join our Production Team based in our Stuttgart or Frankfurt studio.

As a VFX Production Assistant, you will:
• Support show production team, especially Coordinators in meeting organisation
• Set up hardware and materials for client meetings
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing material, from ingestion to delivery
• Updating show team about received material and making sure the material gets handed over to the respective departments
• Support Coordinator in dailies preparations and organisation of any related meeting room bookings
• Maintain email aliases and support of onboarding of artists to shows

Requirements:
• Previous work experience in VFX production is a plus
• Degree in VFX or film related studies is a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be a detail oriented, proactive and well-organized individual
• Able to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Confident and polite communicator
• Strong interpersonal skills a must and an overall team player
