We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO with the Player 15 Group. This position will be responsible for performing high level administrative tasks and project coordination for the CEO and other C-Suite Player 15 Group stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to answering phones, scheduling, managing complex calendars, planning, coordination and preparing for internal and external meetings/events and being a key communication liaison. What Will You Do: 
• Serve as a point of contact between the CEO, internal departments, stakeholders, ownership, league officials, sponsors and media,
• Draft communication reports and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
• Make decisions on areas of responsibility with limited supervision, including management of vendors, representation of the company at various events, and purchase of department equipment.
• Research and compile briefing materials on industry trends, team performance, sponsorship opportunities, and branding initiatives.
• Accurately manage various administrative processes, like scheduling travel for leadership through the company system; timely processing of expense reports; and maintaining an inventory of department supplies.
• Manage and resolve scheduling conflicts, prioritize calls, emails, and requests for the CEO's time, prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Organize hospitality arrangements for the CEO, C-suite leaders, team owners, and guests, managing logistics for events, game days, and high-level engagements.
• Efficiently obtaining signatures, scanning/saving/ organizing documents, and distributing all key documents.
• Serve as a key driver of company initiatives by actively participating in committees, supporting training efforts and providing back-up for other executive assistants.
• Take ownership of special projects, ensuring they are executed effectively, while also maintaining composure when direction and priorities change.

What We Need From Our Executive Assistant to the CEO:
• This role engages with and may represent senior company leaders, demanding a high level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independent work.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effectively create reports, presentations, and communications for diverse audiences.
• Prioritize tasks, adapt to changing demands, and remain composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Experience/ Education Requirements: 
• Required:
• At least 5 years of experience assisting, supporting and working alongside a senior level executive
• Preferred:
• Experience working with multiple senior executives or c-suite leaders
• 5+ years of experience planning/scheduling across internal & external resources and locations
• Prior experience in sports and entertainment industry
