Main Responsibilities:
• Supports a variety of existing processes and departments with functions such as:
• Auditing of postings and/or processes
• Review of vendor compliance reporting for annual 1099/1042 forms
• Participating in meetings, documenting requirements, and sharing information
• Understanding and monitoring existing RPA BOT processes
• Interacts with our German Business Processes Team on various projects
• Generates and manages project plans
• Creates test plans and oversees the documentation and completion of project testing
• Provides technical assistance and training as needed; creates training documentation and presentations as needed
• Experiments with alternative solutions to correct recurring problems or improve processes
• Continually seeks out and shares other information/resources
Education:
• Degree or additional education preferred
Professional experience / competencies / traits:
• Is PC proficient and possesses strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills; PowerPoint and Access skills are a plus
• SAP and project management experience extremely helpful
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and solve problems; ability to think ''outside the box'' and challenge the status quo
• Ability to lead projects, facilitate meetings, set, and meet deadlines, document details, and update/include management as required
• Work with minimal supervision; makes decisions regarding daily tasks and seeks input when appropriate
• Exceptional communication skills
• High degree of motivation, work ethic, professionalism, and accountability
• Well organized, ability to prioritize and multi-task while keeping management informed of project progress or issues
