Manager, Employee Experience

The Manager/Senior Manager, Employee Experience help lead the development and execution of engagement programming for NBCUniversal's Direct-to-Consumer businesses including Peacock, Fandango, and International Networks. They will oversee program management of current employee series, and work with leaders across the organization to identify tangible ways to impact the daily lives of employees. Reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Communications, the Manager/Senior Manager will be focused on developing a comprehensive strategy for continuing to build an inclusive, inspiring culture where employees grow and thrive.

Streaming and media experience, team management, senior executive support/experience is preferred. Ideal candidate will be a creative, motivated self-starter with incredible attention to detail, a team-focused attitude, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Research, design, and execute for all employee engagement programs, ensuring those programs promote the unique culture of the DTC organization.
• Manage programming to help facilitate both in-office and virtual experience to create an inclusive environment.
• Oversee the design and distribution of all employee giveaway/swag programs.
• Manage the employee onboarding process, including orientations, facilitator schedules, new hire swag, and introductory videos.
• Act as the flag-bearer for the culture both inside DTC and within NBCUniversal, and serving as a resource to employees to ensure they feel fully engaged and are experiencing DTC as a great place to work.
• Keep a finger on the pulse of the employee sentiment through surveys, focus groups, direct conversations or any other available data.
• Champion and influence cultural shifts that create diverse, equitable and inclusive outcomes.
• Establish specific KPIs for measuring success.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, Employee Communications, Talent Development or other roles that contribute to creating an overall employee experience
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols.
