Overview & Responsibilities:

We are hiring a Technical Services Admin at Paramount Global! This is a very important role in our Procure to Pay (PTP) organization which drives technology and processes improvements. In this role, you will serve as the administrator and subject matter expert of all Global Accounting Services related financial systems for PTP with an important focus on developing and maintaining PTP automations. This position reports to the PTP Technical Services Director and assists the Vice President, PTP and other PTP Directors as needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME)/system administrator for Ariba, IPS, Market, RampUp, Celonis, RPA/Alteryx and other PTP related applications/systems
• Data Analytics, creation and maintenance of productivity metrics
• Business requirements for enhancements/break fix on all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Creation of reporting within PTP ERPs and Graphite
• Testing across all existing ERP systems
• Creation and monitoring of PTP automations using Robotic process automation (RPA) software, Alteryx and other automation tools
• Ariba Technical Admin handling configuration, business analysis, testing and reporting
• Resolution of integration errors across all ERP systems
• ERP implementation SME
• Adhoc reporting from various PTP related systems including but not limited to Celonis, Graphite, IPS, SAP, Ariba, Market

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (or comparable experience) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Project Management, Information Technology or Organizational Management
• 1-2 years of experience

Additional Qualifications:
• Exceptional knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote
• Experience with Financial System implementations, blueprinting and system data conversions
• Advanced knowledge of and experience with SAP ECC/SRM Systems, including technical experience with data tables, security roles and workflow processes.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools for a major ERP system, including writing/crafting reports and data analytics experience
• RPA/Alteryx experience as developer

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $56,700.00 - 63,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
