Job Description
At Paramount, we're revolutionizing how small and medium businesses advertise on TV and Connected TV (CTV). Our groundbreaking Self-Serve Ads Platform empowers, businesses of all sizes to effortlessly build impactful advertising campaigns, reaching audiences through the power of television and streaming. As the department's first Digital Marketing leader and an expert in scaled marketing, automation strategy, data, and infrastructure, your focus will be on delivering measurable results in SMB customer acquisition, lifetime value and retention. You will craft the technology and channels for launching, optimizing, and scaling cross-channel business marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of scaled marketing, marketing automation, the B2B customer experience and is eager to build from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement strategic scaled marketing plan across multi-channel surfaces (email, website, ads UI notifications, ads, partners) to grow and retain SMB customers
• Lead audience segmentation, targeting, set-up, content creation, deployment, reporting ongoing testing and optimization of campaigns
• Deliver data-driven, actionable analysis; set and measure against targets, and coordinate reporting and performance of initiatives
• Optimize user onboarding, engagement, and time to value, and continuously improve programs and channels through new surface areas, experiments and A/B tests
• Lead experiments through the full journey of ideation, planning, content creation, launch, and iteration
• Conduct and incorporate strategic product, market, and customer analyses to uncover high-potential user segments, identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement, and leverage new emerging channels to accelerate user time to value and speed to monetization
• Work collaboratively with Marketing and Product peers to align relevant product launches and marketing initiatives into each customer program or campaign

Basic Qualifications:
• Proven experience (10+ years) developing scaled B2B marketing strategies and successfully driving campaigns across digital channels and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot)
• 4+ years of Sales Marketing Cloud and Pardot experience required (certification preferred)

• Able to build and lead the foundational strategy of various digital marketing channels in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ambitious problem-solver capable of driving toward a solution in new or complex challenges
• Skilled in project management, capable of leading and running multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $124,000.00 - 155,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
