Position:

Project Coordinator - World Wide Mastering

This position is responsible for detailed coordination of Feature & Television Trailers. The coordinator will work closely with the Trailer and Television Managers as well as external vendors for the ordering, movement, tracking, and updating of feature and television trailer assets for worldwide distribution.
• Work with various departments internally and externally with vendors to receive orders, oversee progress, write purchase orders, work with Trailer Manager to troubleshoot problems and deliver files under tight deadlines.
• Coordinate delivery of the video reference to the subtitling vendor & audio vendor.
• Coordinate delivery of the dubbing package assets (5.1 English PM, 5.1 M&E, Dialogue stems) to Dubbing Services Team.
• Maintain and update the Excel tracking documents simultaneously for various feature and episodic titles.
• Report back to Trailer and/or Television Manager with updates.
• Send physical or digital elements to various recipients.
• Track all Foreign audio delivering in from the territory vendor.
• Oversee final receipt of all assets into the digital archive (ALIAS.)
• Create and edit purchase orders (ARIBA.)
• Coordinate delivery of approved final trailer assets to archive, ensuring materials pass QC.
• Handle input/update of title information within internal systems (XYTECH, ALIAS, OPIS, GPS, SharePoint).
• Coordinate the editing/deletion of digital files (ALIAS.)
• May be assigned to various tasks and ad hoc projects, as needed.

Qualifications/Skills

Basic qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years related experience required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with company personnel and outside parties.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail and process oriented.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, if and when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software (Office 365, Share Point, Excel)

Desired skills:
• Knowledge and understanding of digital mastering and localization workflows or related media management.
• Prior experience with Xytech Media Pulse and SAP ARIBA.
• Knowledge and understanding of various media formats – both tape and digital files.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced and pressure driven environment.
