DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for maintaining, building, and exceeding advertising revenue goals for the digital portfolio. Successful candidates will also demonstrate an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to achieve results, despite obstacles!
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
• They will set and own territory sales agendas including the following:
• Manage a territory and sales quota
• Develop account and territory strategies for long-term development and revenue growth
• Generate new sales leads
• Act as a business specialist on behalf of your clients - strategically developing digital and mixed media solutions to suit their objective
• Establish and cultivate relationships with clients by conducting a high volume of face-to-face calls
• Prioritize and lead to ensure accurate account management both internally and externally
• Collaborate with centers of excellence to develop strategic roadmaps and generate revenue across the portfolio
• Establish oneself as a thought leader within the digital community and evangelize ViacomCBS' unique positioning within the marketplace
• Ability to stay ahead of the curve on marketplace trends relating to their clients as well as the digital industry
QUALIFICATIONS:
What you bring to the team:
• Sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team, goal-oriented environment.
• 5+ years proven advertising interactive sales experience.
• Have a strong desire to win and grow as digital ad sales professional.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Well-developed presentation skills.
• Ability to manage stress well, and balance multiple account challenges at once.
• BS/BA degree, or equivalent training and experience.
• Must be extremely detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, G Suite and Salesforce
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $93,000.00 - 106,500.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
