Promotions Manager (Mat Leave Cover)

Paramount Pictures UK is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and experienced Promotions Manager to join their Theatrical Partnerships & Promotions Team.
The job is exciting, varied and challenging with an emphasis on 3rd party partnerships and creative collaborations.
The Manager will manage and maintain relationships with 3rd party partners, key organisations within the media and entertainment industry as well as internal business departments.
This person will also act as the first point of contact for the department on a day-to-day basis, therefore experience working with and managing a variety of agencies (creative, media, sales promotion, distribution, and production) will be important to the role.
What will you be doing?
Partnerships & Promotions
• Work with the Head of Promotions to identify partners to build and develop innovative collaborations which are strategically aligned with the individual film's marketing objectives across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure promotions align with overall business goals.
• Communicate regularly with partners to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and address any concerns.
• Provide regular updates to Head Of Promotion with partner results and partner feedback.
• Create sales and marketing presentations supported with research and analysis.
• Assist the Head of Partnerships in presenting at meetings and conferences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to develop innovative promotional strategies.
• Engage in all aspects of team and company meetings, which includes strategy, innovation and creative.
• Supply updates on all activations to the wider team in a timely manner.
• Attend all Marketing and Distribution meetings ensuring activations complement the wider mix.
Agency Management
• Partnering with and acting as main point of contact to existing agency teams.
• Promotional Prize Package – writing and issuing briefs to agency(s), discuss ideas with team and decide where to best place these packages and with which partner.
• Warehouse and fulfilment, manage processes with agencies efficiently
Finance & Administration
• As part of a small team, there will be administrative duties involved but it means you'll be at the heart of the action, with exciting opportunities to take on a variety of tasks.
• From running event screenings, partner presentations and studio meetings, you'll also be immersed in dynamic, fast-paced projects including occasional out-of-hours engagements.
• Forms – legal and creative submissions, project timelines, partner heads of agreements will need to be researched and completed.
• Research to include database management, minute-taking and updating contact reports and general team updates and information.
• Finance admin to include raising Purcse Order numbers, familiarisation with company system, setting up vendors and daily management of project budgets.
What are we looking for?
• Several years marketing experience
• Capable of problem solving in fast-paced environment balancing multiple projects
• Proven experience in a promotions or marketing role, preferably with partner relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, approachable, and professional demeanour with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative outlook with a passion for developing engaging campaigns.
Desirable
• Film and Exhibitor industry knowledge
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
