Promotions Coordinator (Brazil)

We are seeking a Promotions Coordinator to join Paramount Pictures in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Main responsabilites:
• Be responsible for executing the approval process of partnerships and coordinating the implementation of activities with partners.
• Manage the promo agency in negotiating barter media deals, including negotiating and delivering materials.
• Service materials to agencies and partners to ensure the best creative is developed for our promo activities.
• Organize all promo activities per partnership for post-mortem reports.
• Approve with HQ every screening plan for our movies.
• Organize and execute our premieres and special events with vendors and exhibitors.
• Coordinate the order and distribution of promo items (premium items) with the marketing team.
• Handle legal work related to any promotion that must be registered with local government.
• Handle all SAP duties for the promo department, including invoice chasing with vendors.
• Control purchase orders (POs) for the promo department.

Requirements:

We are seeking professionals in Marketing, Publicity, or Communications who are fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Professional experience in related fields or industry is a plus. Academic-level experience in audiovisual production and event coordination is preferred.
