Paramount+ is a global digital subscription video streaming service from Paramount Global that features a mountain of premium entertainment for audiences of all ages. Internationally, the streaming service features an expansive library of original series, hit shows and popular movies across every genre from world-renowned brands and production studios, including SHOWTIME, BET, CBS, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures and the Smithsonian Channel, in addition to a robust offering of premier local content. The service is currently available in the US, Canada, Latin America, the Nordics and Australia. By the end of 2021, ViacomCBS will have launched Paramount+ in 25 markets, ramping up to 45 markets by 2022.
Overview and Responsibilities
The content services support team is dedicated to product operation functions that enable the efficient management and curation of content. This role will assist in supporting the international expansion of Paramount+ digital streaming service. Day-to-day tasks would focus on setting up the core experience on the backend of P+ (CMS) for new platforms and regions as well as data standardization. The production assistant will also help create documentation for curation level needs.
This role requires organizing, processing, and prioritizing a large volume of requests. The production assistant is highly organized, takes initiative, works collaboratively, and manages deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Capable of problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Content Management System experience highly preferred
• Digital media experience a plus
• Knowledge of JIRA a plus
