Job Description
This position will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Executive Vice President of Creative Affairs.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Manage supervisor's calendar and schedule appointments
• Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence
• Coordinate heavy travel schedules for staff and talent
• Process all travel and departmental expenses
• Distribute mail and maintain office supplies
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents
• Arrange programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget
• Act as custodian of corporate documents and records
• Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files
• Arrange travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings, and accompany supervisor when requested
• Act as direct liaison with filmmakers
• Read and assess creative materials – script, books, movies – in the context of a motion picture studio's development and production areas

Qualifications/skills

Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience supporting an executive

Desired skills:
• Entertainment experience
• Experience supporting executive within legal department
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet software
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for complete tasks/assignments
• Good attention to detail and follow-through skills
• Demonstrate good judgment and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
• Able to work adeptly with general office equipment; computer, printer, telephone, photocopy machine, fax machine, 10-key calculator and etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 58,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
