Job Description
Paramount Pictures is seeking a Coordinator, Worldwide Photography. The role supports a team of editors on photo projects for the Worldwide Photography Department . This department leads all photographs for all motion picture theatrical releases for the studio. The Coordinator, Worldwide Photography reports to the Photo Department VP.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Build Pitch Decks for Special Shoots and proposed special and unit photographers as requested by VP of Photography
• Coordinate Photographer Contracts with Legal to fully driven Documents
• Create Photo Wish Lists with review from photo editor and head of photo and on set with talent special shoots.
• Manage Airtable databases
• Track photo requests and approvals
• Produce calendars and schedules, call sheets and events materials, including Photo ID sheets
• Handle photo pen RSVP's
• Track vendors and internal users coming in to review imagery in the office
• Assist with archiving and prepares meeting materials, special events, international tours, and coordinates photo calls
• Handle Invoices and P.O.'s
• Research reference materials for special shoots
• Coordinate access to Image.net for international territories
• Build a working database of unit and special shoot photographers
• Serve as photo assist on tent-pole films
• Track serviced images and availability of materials for international territories
• Build relationships with personnel from international territories
• Maintain Photographer Database
• Prepare Photo Team VP's expense reports
• Handle travel arrangements for Photo Team VP

Qualifications/skills

Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Photography, Fine Arts or Film but other field of study will be considered if relevant).
• 1+ years previous assistant experience in entertainment
• Background in photography and knowledge of professional cameras
• Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom, Photo Mechanic.

Desired skills/experience
• Experience with print and digital press outlets, publicists, filmmakers, entertainment professionals and events
• Knowledge of current mainstream digital platforms and outlets with domestic and international marketing
• Experience with creative content, motion posters, motion concepts for digital platforms
• Experience in billing/finance
• Strong people and organizational skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 55,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
