Overview:
We are looking for an assistant A/V Media Manager to oversee the acquisition, management, and distribution of all AV and motion design marketing campaign assets to Paramount international teams. They will work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Production, Project Management, Legal, Social, and Partnership teams. The Assistant Manager communicates to all creative collaborators, facilitates archival of assets, maintains various DAMs and portals, and spearheads numerous workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the acquisition, ingestion, cataloging, and distribution of all A/V and motion design assets (i.e. trailers/promos/EPK, music cue sheet, scripts, full campaign motion toolkits, and AE collects) into the digital asset management system (DAM).
• Assist in media quality control for all versions, layouts, and files received from studio partners and external vendors via Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects to ensure files meet spec requirements. If the file does not meet requirements, provide detailed revision needs and communicate to studio partners and external vendors. Provide timely updates to all collaborators.
• Distribute all final A/V and motion design media assets to Paramount+ international teams.
• Assist in managing the Paramount+ International Digital Asset library by overseeing the ingestion of assets, maintaining metadata standards, and general administration of users, permissions, and overall system management.
• Assist in managing all digital asset systems and daily operations by identifying and addressing system issues, providing tech support, maintaining metadata standards and supporting the department's overall media needs.
• Fulfill media management requests in a timely manner by working with various departments, external teams, and numerous media systems to acquire, ingest, catalog, and distribute assets to requesters.
• Establish strong relationships with Paramount Global brand partners, internal teams, and vendors to acquire media and pertinent information surrounding assets.
• Ensure robust content security policies and procedures are met in all aspects of acquisition, management, and distribution of assets.
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience coordinating the acquisition and delivery of static media assets used to produce television/film promotional content.
• Expert experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced experience and comfortability communicating directly with company Executives, production teams, external vendors, and studios.
• Experience with Airtable and Asana or other project management systems.
• Knowledge of a wide range of file formats and media types, cloud-based media management systems, general knowledge of marketing and promotional workflows and assets, etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $48,800.00 - 75,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
