Who We Are:

The Role and What You'll Do:
On Location Experiences is seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Support and Tools Manager to oversee and manage AirTable, SharePoint, and other project management technologies for the On Location PMO team. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation, integration, and user support for the project management tools, enabling efficient and effective project delivery.

Main responsibilities will include:
• Tools Management & Administration: Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of AirTable, SharePoint, and other project management tools. Ensure the alignment of tool functionalities with project requirements and organizational standards. Implement and manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for project management tools, resolving issues and troubleshooting problems for users.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with tool vendors to escalate and resolve technical issues beyond in-house capabilities.
• Integration & Optimization: Optimize tool configurations and workflows to improve project management capabilities and team productivity.
• Training & User Support: Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and documentation to enhance user proficiency in project management tools. Create user guides, FAQs, and other support materials to assist users in navigating and utilizing the tools effectively.
• Best Practices & Governance: Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for the use of project management tools and ensure consistent application of governance policies across all tool usage.
• Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics in AirTable and other tools to support project monitoring and decision-making.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure tools are operating effectively and data integrity is maintained. Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and project requirements.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project teams, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, address tool needs, and provide tailored solutions. Engage with stakeholders to ensure tools meet their evolving needs and support project objectives.

You Have These

Technical Support and Tools Manager Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing project management tools, with a strong focus on AirTable.
• Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for project management technologies.
• Expertise in AirTable and SharePoint administration, including setup, customization, and troubleshooting. Wetrack a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools integration.
• Proficiency in creating custom apps, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with other project management tools and technologies is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and deadlines.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$93,750 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$125,000 annually
