The Role and What You'll Do:
The On-Site IT Manager is responsible for managing a cluster of venues' IT support and services for a premiere event, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications within their region. The On-Site IT Manager will report to the IT Director of Premiere Events and work closely with the event stakeholders, vendors, and partners to deliver IT solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the event sponsors, participants, and spectators. The On-Site IT Manager will also supervise and coordinate the IT staff and contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with the IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Support the planning and implementation of and monitor the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications for a premiere event, ensuring high availability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Oversee IT support and services for the event venues, operations, and activities, resolving any IT issues and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with the IT Director of Premiere Events and the event stakeholders to understand and fulfill their IT requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Manage and coordinate the IT staff and contractors on-site, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with the IT vendors and partners, ensuring the delivery of the IT solutions and services according to the contracts and service level agreements.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and solutions that can enhance the IT capabilities and services for the premiere event.
• Ensure compliance with the IT policies, standards, and best practices, as well as the relevant regulations and laws.
• Prepare and maintain the IT documentation, reports, and records for the premiere event.
• Report to the IT Director of Premiere Events on the IT status, performance, and issues of the premiere event.
You Have These:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in delivering IT projects and operations for large-scale events on-time and on-budget, preferably in the sports industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, technical staff, vendors, and partners, as well as diverse and multicultural audiences.
• Strong leadership, team building, and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor IT staff and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Proven track record of delivering IT solutions that meet the needs and expectations of event stakeholders, sponsors, participants, and spectators.
• Certification in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant frameworks is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, during the event period.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in IT and the sports industry.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the IT systems and infrastructure, as well as compliance with the relevant standards and regulations.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and solutions that can enhance the IT capabilities and services for large-scale premiere events.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key IT vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$90,000 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$120,000 annually
