Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our B2B/Corporate marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in marketing or be a recent grad and will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct to Corporate Marketing
• Activations in Key Cities: support planning and execution of marketing events and activations in key North American cities to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Sponsorship Opportunities: Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities to enhance corporate marketing efforts.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Support and execute ABM strategies to target key accounts effectively.
• Collaborate with B2C Marketing: Work closely with the B2C marketing team on marketing stunts and ambassador programs.
Channel Marketing (Sales Agents)
• Build and Maintain Marketing Kits: Create and manage marketing kits for sales agents using an online folder system to ensure easy access and organization.
• Maintain Approvals Log /Reports : Keep an up-to-date log of approvals for creative materials that Sales Agents are using in market to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records related to sales agents' marketing activities, including NDAs, footage sublicensing, and other documentation.
General B2B Support
• Handle Marketing Materials Requests: Manage requests for marketing materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Drive Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to
• Complete Creative Briefs: Develop creative briefs for corporate marketing and sales agent channels to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
• Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks to support the B2B marketing team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, or a related field.
• 0- 2 years
of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Data-driven thinker .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel up to 25%
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum:
$21.63 hourly
Hiring Range Maximum:
$28.84 hourly
