Overall Scope of Role
As a Manager, you'll be responsible for elements of the financial reporting and consolidation supporting On Location IMG Events leadership to provide timely, data-driven reporting and insights to inform decisions around the Olympic and Paralympic Games (Milano Cortina 2026, LA 2028).
The role will also play a key role in support the Event Accountants' onsite finance delivery for the events, particularly in Milan from Feb 2026 and LA June to August 2028.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
• Oversee forecast and monthly monitoring of revenue, including streamlining processes and supervising account reconciliations
• Support P+L leaders in the consolidation of forecasts and monitoring of core economics of the event
• Lead projects / model development to answer specific questions related to financial performance or strategic initiatives and identify recommendations to drive results
• Conduct quantitative analysis of operational and financial data, including monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, channel and product analysis, pipeline analysis
• Maintain consolidation of the Olympics long-range plan financial models and scenario analysis
• Assist in scaling and automating processes for financial and operational reporting
• Partner with the Olympics and broader OL accounting teams as needed on monthly reporting, cash forecasting, and forex strategy and planning
• Collaborate with sales leadership on commission planning and calculate commission payments to sales teams on a monthly basis
• Ensure consistency in invoice payment tracking across Point of Sale and Accounting systems

Travel
Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel throughout the year. This position will require extensive travel.
Qualifications
Required Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 3 + years PQE
Preferred Education and/or Experience
• Ideal background experience includes but are not limited to Finance, analytics, accounting or operational FP+A
• Able to summarize information into insights using a mix of data presentation and visualization techniques
• Excellent Excel and modeling skills; capable in PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
• Knowledgeable about data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques
• Comfortable making assumptions to help navigate inconsistent or incomplete data sources
• Excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight) a plus
• Familiarity accounting systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP etc.)

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$75,000 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$100,000 annually
