Position Summary:
The Director of Hospitality Product Strategy is a dynamic and influential leadership role responsible for driving the vision and execution of In Venue and Off Venue Product Strategy within the Commercial Hospitality Program for the FIFA World Cup 26TM. This key position requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can foster an innovative, efficient, and profitable environment. The Director will lead a team dedicated to the ideation, development, and financial strategy for direct-to-consumer and business-to-business offerings specifically related to FIFA World Cup 26TM In Venue and Off Venue products. The focus will be on creating comprehensive attachment strategies that include tickets, hospitality events, guest experiences, and operational excellence within the official Commercial Hospitality Program. The Director will collaborate with multiple organizational workstreams, including Executive Leadership, Ticketing, Event Production, Accommodations, Transportation, Operations, Finance and Accounting, Fulfillment, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily management, direction, business operations, and In Venue/Off Venue product development and strategy.
• Innovate and execute a cutting-edge product strategy for diverse markets, ensuring a strategic, scalable approach aligned with revenue and profitability goals.
• Establish and maintain clear communication and collaboration structures between key internal workstreams such as Pricing, Ticketing, Event Production, Fulfillment, Technology, and others to create comprehensive ticket packages inclusive of hospitality experiences and other assets.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to develop financial models and processes for tracking revenue and profitability forecasts, operational budgets, pricing, and inventory management related to hospitality packages.
• Build and nurture relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders within the FIFA ecosystem.
• Enhance our capability to identify and track opportunities to improve quality across all product offerings and customer experiences, working closely with Event Production to develop best-in-class offerings.
• Master internal workflow processes and proprietary Inventory Management System(s), including data analytics models and overall reporting cadences.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology and Sales & Marketing teams to develop eCommerce solutions and sales strategies for product offerings.
• Establish operational accountability through checklists, quality assurance tests, and project management for the Product team, sharing best practices across workstreams.
• Maintain a customer-first approach by viewing the entire event ecosystem through the lens of the customer journey.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Extensive experience with ticket inventory management, seating charts, venue capacities, and policies, preferably within major sporting events.
• Minimum of 5+ years in a management position, preferably in the travel and hospitality industry related to major sporting events.
• Advanced skills and experience with Excel or other data analytic tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of imaginative and distinctive leadership.
• Excellent time-management, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Comfortable traveling and working in an international environment, with extensive travel as needed.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum:
$101,250 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$135,000 annually
