Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Catering Performance Sr. Director to lead efficient food and beverage operations for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. This role will focus on ensuring that catering operations across all 16 venues meet financial targets, adhere to FIFA' s contractual performance indicators, and maintain efficiency while delivering the highest standards of quality. The Catering Performance Director will work closely with catering partners and functional leaders to ensure that processes, reporting, controls, and all logistical capabilities are in place for exceptional hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Efficiency and Financial Management: Develop and implement processes to achieve cost efficiency while meeting the highest service standards. Ensure that all catering operations meet budgetary and financial targets without compromising the guest experience.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish and oversee reporting systems that provide real-time visibility of operational performance to stakeholders. Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices across venues.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with catering vendors, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination across all venues. Drive accountability by clearly communicating expectations, monitoring contractual obligations, and ensuring consistent performance delivery.
• Capability Building: Work with catering partners to ensure all necessary capabilities, resources, and training are in place for delivering FIFA's food and beverage standards efficiently. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational readiness.
• Quality Control and Compliance: Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure that food and beverage services align with FIFA's hospitality expectations. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards.
• Contractual Performance Management: Develop mechanisms to monitor and report on all contractual performance indicators, ensuring that catering partners meet or exceed their obligations. Address any performance issues proactively to maintain high standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, resource allocation, and cost control to enhance operational efficiency. Implement initiatives to drive consistent improvements in service quality and financial outcomes.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in catering operations or hospitality management with a focus on performance optimization and large-scale events. Experience in managing high-profile, multi-venue events is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in setting up and monitoring performance metrics and reporting systems. Skilled in negotiation, financial analysis, and team collaboration.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost management strategies, and performance improvement techniques. Familiarity with industry compliance and quality standards.
• Flexibility: Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to travel frequently to support operations across all tournament venues.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven experience in a senior operations or performance management role within major sports or entertainment events.
• Expertise in performance reporting, financial analysis, and contract management.
• Proficiency with operations management software and performance tracking tools.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$120,000 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$160,000 annually
