This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the SVP Design and Animation, and the Kids & Family Global Marketing department. This team oversees all design for Paramount Kids & Family such as, key art, digital design & photography!

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Manage the SVP's daily calendar with high level of detail; eliminate conflicts and schedule meetings with internal and external attendees of multiple time zones
• Arrange domestic and international travel plans and itineraries and compile travel documentation as needed
• Prepare travel and expense reports on Concur system
• Assist in coordinating logistics for meetings including securing conference rooms, arranging catering, preparing presentations and agendas, etc.
• Create, maintain, and organize internal documents (i.e. agendas, distribution lists, etc)
• Perform additional administrative duties such as ordering lunches, preparing guest passes, and printing materials
• Work closely with other EAs to optimize support functions for the marketing department
• Act as a liaison with internal departments and external entities

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years equivalent work experience, preferably with entertainment and/or marketing background

Additional Qualifications:
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, internal and external contacts and senior management
• Familiar with a variety of industry concepts and properties
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, solutions oriented problem solver
• Highly Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $45,000.00 - 60,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $45,000 to $60,000 Per Year ($ USD)
