Job Description
Nickelodeon is seeking a Coordinator to join our Cross Platform Optimization team in NYC. The ideal candidate seeks a collaborative, fast-paced work environment and is dependable, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized. Passion for slime and SpongeBob encouraged!
Specific responsibilities include:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of scheduling long form programming on the following digital platforms including but not limited to: VOD, Nick.com, Paramount+, EST, Third Party SVOD, etc
• Create and submit metadata and schedules using various content management systems
• Effectively communicate and align with various internal departments including: Digital Media Services, Linear Programming, Design, Marketing, Media Planning, Commercial Operations, etc
• Monitor episode deliveries from production to meet deadlines
• Provide support with new platform launches
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of art assets for partners
• Perform QA for all content to ensure standards are meet
• Routinely analyze key data points to discover audience and platform trends
• Track competitive landscape to aid in creating programming strategies to drive audience growth
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years minimum experience in digital or entertainment preferred
• Experience working in a content management system preferred
• Extremely self-organized and deadline oriented
Additional Qualifications:
• Excellent attention to detail and a self-starter
• Deep understanding of the television, digital video space, and evolving kids landscape
• Ability to work efficiently, multi-task and independently rearrange priorities as needed
• Adobe Photoshop proficiency a bonus but not required

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 62,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
